What techniques does Dr. Scoppa utilize?
Dr. Scoppa has combined a number of different techniques, but ultimately the philosphy is that of Sacro Occipital Technique. Dr. Scoppa is certified in SOT (certified SOT craniopath), Applied Kinesiology (AK), and has advanced training in Vector Point Cranial. Additionally he utilizes testing methods developed by Michael Lebowitz.
We want to provide the highest quality service and love spending time with our patients to help them achieve their goals. Unfortunately we cannot bill insurance and accomplish this goal simultaneously. Payment is expected at the time of service, but we can provice a "super bill" which patients can use for reimbursement from their insurance.
Dr. Scoppa has his own solo practice, Northwest Structural Medicine, where he practices on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday by appointment only. Dr. Scoppa also practices at Balance Epigenetic Orthodontics in Lynwood every other Monday.
Co-management with dentists
Already seeing a dentist you love and want to see Dr. Scoppa as well? No problem! We often work with dentists to ensure everyone's on the same page, and Dr. Scoppa has worked with dentists of varying backgrounds and philosophies to help patient feel better and aid in whatever goal the dentist has in mind.

Does Dr. Scoppa treat babies/infants?
Yes! Often babies react quickly to care and a little bit goes a long way. Correcting and guiding cranialfacial growth in babies is alot easier than undoing bad development patterns in adults!
